Jane Coombe, Strategic & Programme Consultant at Wordworks
Robyn, Project Manager at Matogen Digital Robyn - chatting to Rowen Ravera-Bauer, Technical advisor at Wordworks Rowen now and this method of managing the tools process doesn't seem to be accurately reflecting what is actually happening.  Could we rather create a recurring reminder to check this link monthly -
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gLeYiyozzXoWhT267HxKW7_iTEuUYDPpyWA00WMKor4/edit?gid=0#gid=0

it's the document that Rowen and Ian Parsons, Head Chef at Matogen Digital Ian are using and the decision to get signed up for tools is dependent on project progress - it's needs-based rather than time-based in other words.  It would be great not to have a long list of un-done, overdue tasks haunting us when it's not actually what has been decided to do in the end.  Does that make sense?

We also note that where Matogen has been signing for accounts, there is no record of the accounts holder in the sheet.  We would really like that to be WW for sustainability purposes, but mostly need the information down here.

Jane Coombe, Strategic & Programme Consultant at Wordworks Jane  no problem - we built this out for you to use, if its not working feel free to switch to the spreadsheet

Robyn, Project Manager at Matogen Digital Robyn  how can I create a recurring reminder to check our spreadsheet, and then are you happy for me to "deactivate" this thread (not sure how to do that, should I bin it?)

Rowen Ravera-Bauer, Technical advisor at Wordworks Rowen I created one for you and archived the old sections to create a bit of space - we can get to archived sections if we need but otherwise the spreadsheet is the boss here. For future reference feel free to add a to do and edit the dates - it gives you the option to make something recurring under the specific date section - If you are not seeing this, please let me know as I am assuming this is possible for you as a guest on our account :)

ps if you don't like the date I picked, please update it accordingly

Rowen Ravera-Bauer, Technical advisor at Wordworks Rowen  quick note re password sharing - I think we don't have to worry about password sharing - We'll add the WW team as users when the time comes  - super admins can update passwords etc so we don't have to worry about the sharing situation & any tools set up by the WW team, same story applies, we can be added as users when the time comes? WW can store all passwords in the ww passkey of choice. I think that will work but do let me know if you spot a flaw in this plan 😊
