- I promised Roule on Friday that I would make note of our design preference to separate individual dashboards from Cohort manager dashboards (which are essentially CBO/ school/ ECD dashboards OR Collab partner dashboards).  If you've gone into the link above you will have seen that we have written our briefing document that way.  Sorry that this note comes afterwards instead of before.  My bad :( 
We found there's just too much competing information for a Colhort Manager user if we combine indiv and organisational info. (Think of a Head of Department / NGO programme manager who could have Learner/Programme member status themselves with all the information that goes with that.) We found that we were then squeezing all the information about her team/ cohort into one tab at the end which made no sense.

The INDIV and SCHOOL/ ECD/ NGO dashboards are at draft 2 status now. I would ideally like one more round with our MEL team tomorrow morning with hand over to you at lunch time. 

The COLLAB PARTNER dashboards need work with the team tomorrow afternoon.  I am hopeful that we can hand over everything other than the reports at that stage.   Reports will need a bit longer.

Hi Jacqui , hope all is good on your side. We chatted in the XD file about a inverse version of the Wordworks logo, I can show you an example I have in a quick chat tomorrow it you have time. I also found a few small things to edit in the .svg logos we supplied. Will show you then too.
I see you've made some good progress on the shop and was thinking to work on any revisions and comments to tomorrow through to Friday. Does that work for you?

The first example may be more beautiful to look at, but beyond 3 tabs it becomes as squeeze and it will cause display issues easier on smaller screens. So option 2 is more versatile over screen sizes. 

We have four tabs in on some of the Programme pages, so there I think we need to use the second option

It's very unlikely that we'll have more than four tabs...if that helps?

We really like it Roule! We prefer the first option, because the 'content' is the part that the white holds together. And the selection guidance remains separate. 

Seeing it now, I think the buttons or tabs should be in the white part

I think maximum four tabs for this for mobile - This is specific to the teams section, so we will have to decide if it is worth catering for more. Would you rather get rid of tabs altogether on desktop and mobile?

! Yes, we have a plan: 
- Basic products with prices are set in Sage by your team
- These products and prices are automatically synced to WooCommerce, which hosts the website's shop. 
- We can add additional information to products in WooCommerce as needed, and link them to the correct resource. 
- The resource will then display the most recent price from Sage. 
- We will have some flexibility to adjust pricing within WooCommerce, but we will regard Sage as the holder of truth when it comes to pricing.

- here's a puzzle.  If we are mostly expecting people to shop for/ browse resources from within the resource pages (being sent to E-commerce really only for the financial transaction), how do we provide prices in the resource pages (to enable a decision to go to cart) without giving ourselves a huge problem every year with price changes.  If the prices were just 'in the shop' it seems it would be a nice centralised place to make the changes.  Is there a way for changed pricing in the shop to reflect on the resource pages.  See red square in page image below.

- we're in with Roule and it seems very do-able to complete shop related design before the end of this year.  We are not so sure that we can do the DASHBOARDS however - particularly as they link to so many different elements and will affect lots of WW workflow.  Is it a problem for us to build them by end January?  This would leave us 'free' to work on LMS design after this.

. Adding my thoughts here: 
- I think you can leave the standard ecommerce pages to us, e.g. checkout. 
- On resources and courses, we need to understand how we will show what is available for purchase, and how we will present information such as pricing. 
- Also - are you planning on offering a subscription package at launch? 
- Try to think about the experience from a user's perspective. What functionality would they find useful? Would they want to search for particular resources by topic, age group or end user, or would they prefer to purchase bundles, much in the same way as you've put together your teachers' packs? 
- It might be that the ecommerce component is an additional layer on top of the existing layouts you've built, but you also might want a completely separate shop section. I think especially for printed resources it would be useful to have a dedicated shop.

- we are working to line up our website prototype with pipeline and data implications .. but we know we have to jump into prototypes for ECommerce and Dashboards soon.  We are wanting to know for the Ecommerce if you are going to be building some starting pages for us and then things would work with Jacs as they did for the home page/ resource hub.  Or if not, whether you have examples to share because we are pretty blank.  We know that there needs to be a way for users to purchase downloads of resources/ registration for courses/ print resources and also a way for people to make a donation, but the functionality is not clear..   We do know to use the style sheet, but its more that we don't know enough about what is needed on these kinds of pages... Sorry not very clear but that's a reflection of where I am at. Jacs may want to add in.
