 There's no standup this Friday, its every two weeks and we had one last week.  I can see Ian scheduled time with Jacqui and Roule on Friday to go over the templates they need for coms and how they can help themselves build these out - that session is at 10 am on Friday - the next meet after this is on Tuesday at 10 - events and dashboard where I have included you for visibility with a standup in place next week Friday at 11h30.

There are some things that need to be addressed, do you and Ian have 15 minutes to spare to have a quick look at it with Roule today? She will move ahead with the mobile version from tomorrow, but there are things that need to be resolved before she can finish.

 hope you are well - quick check in here and notes for next week for Roule - the WW team are basically done with the XD file - next steps is for Roule to check it and provide feedback - I need to know if this can happen on Monday or what our timeline is?  Once happy, the link should be published and shared with the core group to review and give feedback. * sanity check on things vs changing the brief. Once that's done and implemented, Roule moves onto the mobile view. We are also due to start the e-commerce part of the prototype, from next week - I am going to move that to the first week in December unless you say otherwise. Jane was asking about timelines for next steps and December - she confirmed that their office closes on the 16th and that the would be back in the office on the 6th of January - we had always planned to be closed for a week or two in December so this is not an issue on our side - I wanted to check when you are going on leave and if the above makes sense? Jane intends on using the prototype to give Lara the additional context she needs so as soon as that guy is ready, I can share it with Lara to wrap up her research. I know. We need to tackle this. A very large proportion of our users simply do not have an email address ... something we proved in Gauteng with Grade R teachers who all needed to be given an address for our project there.

 quick heads up that we had a chat today with Jacs and Jane re Resources and how that can work on the site. There's some extremely large PDF's that will need to stay super large so the solution is to make it clear for people that downloading those will chow up their data and they should wait for a wifi zone if they are sensitive to this - this needs to fit in with the low bandwith toggle somehow - Ian asked me to give you a heads up so I am doing that now but please let me know / chat to Jacs if you have any questions. We have a plan for hosting these large files (which will happen with Cloudflare vs on the site) but we need to make it clear for peeps that they will be data heavy to download

We are getting a quote on that (still work in progress) As a matter of interest, how many pages have you identified off the site map - I need to provide the number of landing pages to get a quote for SEO and wondering where your number landed (I ended up with about 20 landing pages physically counting what is on the site map) which would exclude individual resource pages, etc

(currently ear-marked for the end of November) We have reached out to our SEO specialist to let us know key works and recommendations in the meantime. Morning Robyn! Trust you had a lovely weekend. Roule and I had  chat this morning and she confirmed that she can fit the partnership and user flow in our current timeline. We're meeting with Jacqui next week Monday as I'm sure you've seen, we'll be going through what Roule has done so far so if there are any changes Jacqui would like to make now, it can be done before the CI is implemented. Roule has been fully focused on the desktop version due to the volume of resources involved. We think it’s best to ensure they’re happy with the desktop version first, avoiding the need for double changes. We'll deliver the desktop version by the 30th for review and adjustments as planned. Once it’s approved, we’ll move on to the mobile version, which should be completed quickly.

They are two separate components. We need to do migration support for all the small sites if they are going to live on the main site and resource hub. If they will only be incorporated into the LMS, then we don't need to look at them now. 

Am I right in saying that LMS is only happening next year and therefore this plan to migrate things now is not in line with the plan?  If they want to upload courses, they can do so manually? I don't have a good handle on the LMS part as I was not in these meetings so please advise

 I have started the timelines doc framework but I am going to need the estimate completed to do my part - its impossible to work out a timeline without an indication of the timing we think we need and I don't feel confident guessing at this point.  couple of things to mention, the meetings we have on the list encompass 73 hours of work - that excludes any prep we need to do for these meetings - we guestimated 40 hours. This has mushroomed due to a lack of understanding on our side - how large is the company and what do they want us to do to ensure everyone is heard. Perhaps the google forms will bring in most of what we need but the workshops seems to be discussing technology that was given to us vs us making the choice on technology which feels like its not a scope conversation ? I think we need to make our intent clear so we don't spend the whole session discussing choices that have already been made and end up with little understanding of what the team actually want?  Do you think its possible to do both in the time we have allocated?  Then,  I understand I am not always the most useful in conversations so I cannot be in all the meetings but I struggle with not being somewhere but then needing to be the one holding us to what we promise - I think back to Sensana and not being at the first meeting so unaware of the conversations to make sure we actually deliver what we said we would - I feel like this regularly when I am not in a meeting so if I am not there, the notes and conversations will need to be rock solid for me to try and get a handle on the way forward / being accountable. I have noticed that things are changing from one day to the next - little things that I might have missed but I think meeting notes and documenting decisions is going to be vital for us going forward.

I like that we can select specific items, task lists etc to share with the client. 

Thanks Iantjies, definitely a seperate call to get our ducks in a row - we can check what the team want but suspect we'll need consistent reporting 

Great stuff, thanks Robyn. I'd say let's schedule a separate call with Unfold to figure out the details. 
- They won't need full accounts on Basecamp; they will have access to everything they need if we invite them as guests
- Not sure about Clockify. They might prefer billing their flat fee, but if the client wants to see their costs in the same way as ours, they would need to get on Clockify. 

I am not sure about the clockify user costs but would also like to onboard them with this so we are all working in the same way from the same billing account seeing as we are going to handle that part of it all 

ps once we chat tomorrow, it would be nice to onboard the Unfold ladies - are we going to invite them to basecamp?  I know we can invite guests for free but not sure that will give them enough access - if we were to invite them as users its USD15 per person - what do you think?
