Morning Robyn! Trust you had a lovely weekend. Roule and I had chat this morning and she confirmed that she can fit the partnership and user flow in our current timeline. We're meeting with Jacqui next week Monday as I'm sure you've seen, we'll be going through what Roule has done so far so if there are any changes Jacqui would like to make now, it can be done before the CI is implemented. Roule has been fully focused on the desktop version due to the volume of resources involved. We think it’s best to ensure they’re happy with the desktop version first, avoiding the need for double changes. We'll deliver the desktop version by the 30th for review and adjustments as planned. Once it’s approved, we’ll move on to the mobile version, which should be completed quickly.

Hi Robyn, we've placed a few pages on the Miro board to try figure out the partners, but we know that you have a clearer idea of how the partners fit in. We haven't had a discussion with the client about it. We're happy to have a discussion about it at some point, but we feel this is primarily a Ian and Rowen discussion for now. We can map out the user-flow better if we know the different partners and how they intend using the site.

There was no time to go through the CI, so Jacqui is putting something together for us. We were hoping to create the look and feel on Monday, so it would be great to have an idea of when we will receive that (hopefully today).

There was talk of signing off. They mentioned the big thinking is correct for the main page as are the resources. They understand that as the prototype gets built, small things might move around or a button might be added etc. They are also aware that they can’t make drastic changes to the sitemap anymore. This is all verbal, Robyn, but could you ask them to confirm that we can move on so we have it in writing?

They are two separate components. We need to do migration support for all the small sites if they are going to live on the main site and resource hub. If they will only be incorporated into the LMS, then we don't need to look at them now.

I think at a base level, they would like to support English, Xhosa, Afrikaans. They have some of their learning materials available in these languages (and some others), but it's a daunting prospect to roll that out across the whole platform. I've added it in, but it may take some time to get there

- They won't need full accounts on Basecamp; they will have access to everything they need if we invite them as guests - Not sure about Clockify. They might prefer billing their flat fee, but if the client wants to see their costs in the same way as ours, they would need to get on Clockify. |
