We need to greenlight (or not) Sage integration with Woocommerce. The system does work without this integration and it comes with a significant price tag, but does save the finance team with juggling multiple platforms.
To make this decision,
Jane
I think you will need to weigh in please on wether we go ahead?
Ian
I see the other tools for October were Okta, Advanced Custom Fields, Gravity Forms, Google Analytics and Cloudflare Pro.
Would it be possible to update the sheet with a tick in the column "Account set up" if the account is set up, and let us know the email associated with it (we'd agreed no need to include the password here).
In our last meeting we'd agreed to use a tool like Passkey to store passwords. Ian, as you're creating these, would you be happy to create the account and share it with Jane, and I think we'd said Jacqui?

- "To make this decision,

I think you will need to weigh in please on wether we go ahead?" This is a Finance/ Operations decision, not strictly website project-based, so I would really like you to brief Colleen directly as an extension of the meetings you have already been having with her about tools, and request a decision. She will need to know pros and cons, for efficiency, labour saving and direct license costs. Please signal if I should set this up or if you will do so directly. I am happy to be there to ensure continuity?

I spoke to Ian who is going away tomorrow, the spreadsheet can be updated, its not our spreadsheet but we can ignore the passport details - we'd suggest the Wordworks team sets up the passkey and shares the details with us - if there's a challenge doing this , let us know

- maybe for when Ian is back, you and Ian both have editing rights. I think that it is intended as accounts are created that this document gets updated with a check on "Account Set-up" and email registered. If you're uncomfortable doing this, could you find a way to let us know this information so someone can update it?
For Passkey,
Jane
perhaps I can talk you through setting this up at our standing Thursday checkin?

thanks, the spreadsheet looks quite different to what it did before and the tools are grouped in a way that does not show them individually. I gave you individual tasks and you wanted the document to manage the details instead - the previous version, screenshot below, I can give you feedback on each tool - the grouped version does not make sense to me - is there a reason you changed it ? What am I missing here?

- I have some sense of why this Sage integration is useful. Can I list below and would you be able to add anything else needed ahead of my meeting with Colleen and Gabriel (or join the call @Robyn ?)
Invoice integration between Woocommerce and Sage, so invoices generated by purchase online pull to Sage
Section 18a generation for donations managed from here (not sure that this ties into Sage)?
Syncing inventory data with PLUs being generated from Sage and pulled into Woocommerce (note: the costing is per PLU)
Is there anything else I should include to highlight the benefit weighing against the cost?
Hi
Rowen
yes, I am on the correct doc, but it looks correct again, I can see you have edited it in the version history? I will give feedback on the individual tools, no problem
