Lovely welcome and intro. Can you add a sentence to say that people should engage with the sections that they feel are relevant to their work and / or that they have ideas about but can skip what is not relevant to them.

I would really separate out the stock management from the google suite/ tool feedback because while everyone should answer the former, fewer people should engage the latter.
