Hi All,

A few questions, as I'm struggling tracking multiple threads. I've added the above to our Google doc (thank you Jane!) - but should we wait before activating these. As with the LMS tools?

We're using a generic email support@wordworks.org.za that Matogen team will have access to, and Colleen will meet with me tomorrow so we can add credit card details.

Just one side note - for the most part, the platforms will have standardised Nonprofit discounts, usually if they don't it's not really worth pursuing (in my experience) they tend be standardised but it's always worth a quick email (there was a WP Map that didn't advertise a discount but had given us free use of the tool for years).

Hope that helps! Will look for the response to which tools must be activated tomorrow.

Rowen Ravera-Bauer, Technical advisor at Wordworks Rowen thanks so much, your Hey section is usually useful for this type of thing - shout if I can help in any way! If you spot a comment that you don't want to miss or forget about you can also use the "don't forget" function  which you access by clicking on the three dots next to a comment - see below screenshot example - this will keep reminding you via the Hey section in the top navigation of Basecamp

Sorry I'm still needing clarity on whether to go ahead with the LMS. I'm meeting shortly with Colleen so will hold back for now on this, until I get confirmation...

Hi Robyn, Rowen and I just spoke.  Her sense was that  Ian Parsons, Head Chef at Matogen Digital Ian  (please confirm) would not want us really to start fiddling in the LMS until it was set up and so we should just wait til next year before getting these tools as we will otherwise just pay for dormant tech.   The other tech applications are in and we should have responses by the time Rowen is back from leave.

Jane Coombe, Strategic & Programme Consultant at Wordworks Jane Rowen Ravera-Bauer, Technical advisor at Wordworks Rowen – yup, it's a bit of a catch-22. We can set up the LearnDash plugin sooner, but I agree, we'll end up paying for a licence when we're not quite ready to have a proper go.

Hi Ian, I'd also wondered if your team would find it more streamlined to set up everything correctly so that when Jacqui's team is ready the templates and design are configured correctly. So they're coming into a clean environment?
