Ladies and specifically Jacqui, please pass this onto whoever is best to negotiation/ organise the tools for your organisation. I have assigned it to you and Jane but assume that Jane is out at the moment. The tools are quite important so I have given you a deadline of next week Friday so we can get them in and set up - if your prefer a task per tool so you can add additional details / tick them off as you go, please let me know.

We have set up an internal spreadsheet to record progress and ask that Rowen Ravera-Bauer, Technical advisor at Wordworks Rowen  please ticks off each tech platform in the basecamp task list as the accounts are achieved.

Could you perhaps negotiate a more realistic date for the task with Ian Parsons, Head Chef at Matogen Digital Ian  as it is forever horribly overdue though processes have been well underway. Also, please can you change task allocation from Jane and Jacqui to Jane and Rowen.  thanks :)
