Where do the logins go visually?

It seems they have been added indeed because the email exists, so I believe once they check their email for the activation and login it should be fine.

If not then we may have to delete them in the Database and add them again from scratch.

Alternatively you could just create a password for them in the database and share that with them?

Xoliswa Shandu, Matogen Digital Xoliswa  we cannot reset passwords if the emails don't work - that is the issue I had so I am going to share these with people on a private ping to start

Xoliswa Shandu, Matogen Digital Xoliswa  okie dokes, are they visible in the system to be able update the passwords which is what I am flagging, how will they be able to reset their passwords if the emails don't work and the users are not visible

I have added them in the database because I could not find them despite the error that they exist. So now they should exist globally on the site.

I have added them on the Learning site users admin section as well so they should be login fine. They can reset the password in admin if they wish for now while we look into the email issue.
