User Self Registration:
- User to click on Sign up button

- Verification email sent to user account after creation.

- User clicks on Activate Account and is redirected to signin/enroll link where they need to configure the MFA.

- Select phone and setup Okta by downloading the Okta Verify App and scan the code on the app on your phone.

- After setting up with Okta app users are also allowed to use MFA from other apps.

- User will be able to login and once logged will be a subscriber on the app without any issues.
