Hi Robyn

Just popping you a mail regarding the Wordworks meetings we require and some other queries that came up in our planning meeting.
  • Monday, 16 September - we need an hour with Jackie so she can talk us through what they've done up until now and so we can discuss initial thoughts. If she can't do Monday, as soon as possible next week will be ideal. Anyone else from the core communications team and Jane are welcome to join.
  • Friday, 20 Sep/Mon, 23 Sep - We'll start the web look and feel next week and will be ready to talk it through with Jackie by the end of next week, so if we can have a meeting with her next Friday or the following Monday, that would be great.
  • TBC: Wireframe prototype handover with Jackie once design of this is complete, we'll need an hour for this.
  • TBC: Once Jackie has completed the wireframe on her side, we'll require a 2-hour meeting so Jackie and Unfold can do a handover to Matogen.
  • TBC: We'll also need an hour meeting to talk through the wireframe with the extended team once Jackie has completed the wireframe.
The last three meetings are marked TBC as we are only able to start the 5-week design time of the wireframe prototype once the sitemap is signed-off. Roule will be sending this tomorrow so hopefully they sign-off ASAP and the 5-weeks will start next week.
