It would be great to ask questions like What do you want your CRM to do for you? This will help us, help them to make a choice - I am not sure Salesforce is the right fit for them and suspect we'll find that their needs are quite basic so a custom built solution may be a better choice - if we can get to the nuts and bolts of what they actually want this thing to do for them, we will be in a better position to make a recommendation - the comparison document that Rowen is working on shows a bunch of tech and it looks like some decisions still need to be made i.e Salesforce vs Zoho CRM vs hubspot vs sheets
