Hi
What I need from you: access to the DNS records for the wordworks.org.za domain. This is usually stored within your website hosting account, but if your domain is registered somewhere else, the DNS will be with the domain registrar.
Ideally, I would like login details to the website hosting account and / or the domain registrar account.
Please let me know if this suffices til we hear back from Cliff?

PS Cliff has been contacted and I expect the missing doc from him shortly and will share.
On the WW emails, the following high tech response :) from Ops "Our emails are part of our Google package which is managed by Grove. They are simply in the cloud."
Just to clarify, the initial steps we are taking now won't affect your current websites or email infrastructure, although we should still do a bit of testing to ensure we haven't missed something. Before I make any changes, I'll let everyone know what to expect.
