Just a further question please before Annakie submits costings - Ian you mentioned that tools like Woocommerce could pull it's automated emails from Salesforce templates. I've never seen or heard of this being done, can I confirm that this is possible. If not, Annakie can set up simple automated emails to go when opportunity (for example) is raised in Salesforce for a purchased goods. 

This is not difficult or expensive to do, and I suspect would cost less than developing a more complex solution? OR that we accept that some templates for "ever-green" confirmation emails remain on Woocommerce and LMS?
