Xoliswa  is it okay if I log in with this and share an invite to the platform with Jacqui on her own email address?  I am not that keen to share this type of detail with them this way because it has been flagged as a concern before. We said we'd give them their own logins so its not an issue so I think I should consider doing that here - okay for me to do this?

Yikes, I just updated your user instead of support user, sorry about that Robyn , I've updated the support user now.

Xoliswa I was just asked for logins for this site 🫠  I am pretty sure I sent Jacqui her own login but I cant find where I did that, just that I told her I did it - I might have tried sharing it from Wordpress and that does not always work -  I cannot find Jacqui as a user anymore, did you perhaps remove people? I added both Jane and Jacqui , I can do so again but not sure if you removed them on purpose?

Also, just thinking that we should probably rather give them access to the demo -

Hey Robyn  , you may add them again. I did not remove them, not sure why they would have been removed, I will check that out just incase theres something wrong.

True, they will probably view what has been added already. 

Thanks Xoliswa  yes, thank you - that is my intent here - did something go wrong - anyhow, we can always add me as a user and see if I am there next week rather than going into the weeds - your call but I have let them know they can get access to the demo instead x Thank you! x

Robyn with the multisite setup, you might not see Jacqui as a user because she may just have access to the learning part of the site. If you're logged into the main website, she won't show up as a user there. 

It's unlikely for users just to disappear, unless we overwrite the database. 

thanks Ian  Xoliswa and I had a quick chat about this earlier and they are not in the correct login space and I logged in with the above mentioned details - it does seem like its been over-written
