    • Add the option to add more questions. Might not be able to map all of it, so we’ll extract this data from GravityForms.

Attendance is captured as Service delivery records in SF. 
We did discuss ratings, but it has not been finalised and is not currently in Salesforce. 
  • How often will ratings be entered - at each "session" (i.e. per service delivery), or at the completion of a program (per program engagement)?
  • which fields/ metrics do you want to store in SF for the ratings?
Perhaps we can meet to go over this? I'm available next week Tue 1 April 1:00 - 3:00pm, or Thu 3 April 8:30 - 3:30pm
