I have suggested times on the document -I obviously don't have a view of everyone's availability so hopefully this works out but do let me know if you want to go about this in another way. I am completely flexible. I added Colleen D to the CRM session

Hi Robyn - all looks good for process.  I've made a couple of comments into your doc.  Glad for you to send the email first, cc me, so I can keep an eye on date issues - you could ask people to respond reply all - then if needed I can negotiate with their managers etc, and if necessary come back with alternatives.  I have suggested a longer reply time. There's a nice lead time til the workshops so am optimistic.
