Jane Jacqui  is this the final product or will there be a few edits after our chat today?

The edits today won't change copy - but we may need to add for those extra pages. I was thinking that it would only be needed for the next stage, because the detail is quite deep. But after Ian raised the question around the how, I'm wondering if it needs to be added now.  

I'm meeting with Jane now, so we can give proper feedback at about 3pm. Would that be ok?

Just want to confirm what Jacqui said.
We are adding six offshoot pages to the floating Programme pages (ie they don't come from a menu, just from buttons.
We needing to reassure everyone that this detail would be available.
However, we don't think they are necessary to submit as part of the prototype now... as they don't add any new features, and its a really deep set of pages and therefore not as influential on SEO (I assume)
Roule can you confirm all this?
If Roule agrees, Robyn, then the copy doc still stands as good to go. 

I think it is okay if those 6 pages come later, They are all based on the same template or layout right? I do think we need to get them in soon, because our focus will shift to the Ecommerce and LMS flows soon

Jane and I have worked through the tasks from the handover this morning (I've popped it in the top left of the XD file). I've left some comments for you scattered around the file. We've also added circle comments in pink to highlight where certain buttons must go. I didn't want to link them until you'd seen our thinking. I wondered if it's worth doing this for all pages, just to make sure all the loops are closed? Happy to if that helps!

I've cleared my desk tomorrow so I'm happy to sit in the XD file all day and  do whatever is needed to get everything ready for the dev team.

I added some comments in the file, will you go through them and delete resolved things?  Message me when your are done

For the files to Matogen
We need to prep a dropbox folder with all logos, fonts and icons.
It is best to save the icons and logos as SVG. 
Easiest way to do it is a illustrator file (RGB) with each element on a artboard at the size we're using it on desktop.

Then Export for screen as .svgs
All text in SVGs must be made paths

Perfect, we also need to optimise photos. 
Are the current photos placeholders? of real?

Will double check them now - hoping I can make sure most of them are not placeholders. What's needed to optimise them?

We need to Save them at the maximum pixel size they will be used at- check size in XD. 

Resize in Photoshop and Export for Screen to reduce size to around 100kb if possible. Jpeg medium to high quality should do it

not sure if this question is for me Jacqui  😊 but going to give me two cents , I don't have a preference at all,  but I know you ladies usually use Dropbox Roule  

We prefer Dropbox as we have a Business account there

We need to wrap up the last bits in the XD file now, so I can make sure all it linked. 

Yes Roule , will only start finalising the assests as soon as you and I are finished with the XD file. Feels like we're close? 😬

I think if the asset folder is with Matogen before the work week kicks off, it should be okay
