✊ Decision - E-commerce - Resource pricing updates

here's a puzzle.  If we are mostly expecting people to shop for/ browse resources from within the resource pages (being sent to E-commerce really only for the financial transaction), how do we provide prices in the resource pages (to enable a decision to go to cart) without giving ourselves a huge problem every year with price changes.  If the prices were just 'in the shop' it seems it would be a nice centralised place to make the changes.  Is there a way for changed pricing in the shop to reflect on the resource pages.  See red square in page image below.

Yes, we have a plan: 
- Basic products with prices are set in Sage by your team
- These products and prices are automatically synced to WooCommerce, which hosts the website's shop. 
- We can add additional information to products in WooCommerce as needed, and link them to the correct resource. 
- The resource will then display the most recent price from Sage. 
- We will have some flexibility to adjust pricing within WooCommerce, but we will regard Sage as the holder of truth when it comes to pricing.
