Board meeting 22 August 2024

Dear all, I am so thrilled to share that my report to the Wordworks Board went really very well.  I gave them a picture of the whole year's process, and ended with a presentation of highlights of your proposal. Thank you so much for pushing to get it ready on time. 
They were genuinely excited to see what we have dreamed up together, impressed by our careful, consultative and rigorous process, amazed by how much 'more than a website' we plan, convinced that its going to transform how we work and enable the growth trajectory they want for WW - and are committed to continued support for the build and sustainability.  Yay!!
The Director and the Board asked me specifically to extend warm thanks and appreciation to you all at Matogen, Connect Solutions, Unfold, for ALL the thinking and all the talking and all the work to date and for the respectful, constructive and creative manner in which you have engaged our team.  (ok, those are some of my adjectives, but it's also what I want to say!). 
So, we need to move from here to the meetings next week, any further reviews of the proposal, drafting and signing a contract - ready to jump into the Build as we hit September! Shoo!
