- Can the backend tech deliver the message to the vehicle of messaging, based on the information provided by the person filling out the form? I.e. If the person only provides a phone number, will it be automatically delivered to the WW WA number so that when we reply, it will be in the person’s preferred method of comms?
Not sure how this affects what we are doing on Okta, they said that SMS was primary because not everyone has What'sapp - noting that here for now
