Programme messages to those who have trained on our programmes.
If I understand processes correctly, you guys are trying to resolve a number of cross-overs between the capacities of SForce and WPress - specifically recently the issue of where data is collected, stored, analysed, viewed, reported. I'm very keen to hear how your thinking develops.
I also wanted to table another possible area of overlap (though I may be soon set right) and that is the issue of where content sits for automatic messaging to users, and where the connection is made that a user qualifies for a certain stream of scheduled messages.
I know there will be a stream for print purchase processes; donor processes etc but also we would like to maximise literacy support .. We currently send out programme messages to those who have trained on our programmes. This is a spreadsheet that summarises these (those crossed out have been sent for this year!). Note that each message has also been set in our emailer format.
