ps I am not sure how long this usually takes so my timing is probably off on the description - once you have finalised / spoken to Lau I will take a look at the overall timing and figure this out for next time. Thanks Dave

Hey Robyn, Project Manager at Matogen Digital Robyn ,
Sorry for the delay. I was in the zone and didn't see the message. I haven't asked Laura yet because I think I know how to set everything up. 

The process I am going through is:
  1. View the design translate that into how I would go about building it
  2. See how to build it in the admin area of Drupal with what options I have available to me.
Thing like:
  • Adding Banner areas for archive pages 
  • Views - page and block areas:  "projects" and "Calls for funding" with their post pages.
  • What fields I need to build each page and if I need paragraphs 
  • How to Setup the footer
  • Adding breadcrumbs - needed a bit of research for this one. Might run into an issue on the archive pages. Will only know once I build it. I am not sure how breadcrumbs will pull through because the banner and body for the archive page is a page by itself and this could then pull through the breadcrumb for the page and not archive
  • Create a paragraph for CTA and see how I can make them reusable if the design is slightly different 
  • Pages that require a View also need to have the post pages and their fields 
The process takes a while but with everything planned it should make creating the areas a bit quicker when we start on building of the website.

I will share my Sheet tomorrow. Its a bit messy at the moment but I can now reuse a lot of the plans for each page which should speed up the process. 

I hope this all makes sense. I can show what I am up to with a screen share in tomorrow in standup if anyone wants to see. I also might be able to start development tomorrow :)
