David  when you are not logged in it gives you an access error so this one definitely needs to be resolved

I had a look and it looks like if you add it via the WYSIWYG editor it shows the link correctly. I just cant get it to open into a new window so looking that up at the moment

David  if I need to load it differently let me know?

And then when you click on the link in the drop down select embeded by all options in the link will work:

I am just trying to find out how to make it open externally so you dont go off the website 

David Best practice (according to UMN policy and accessibility standards) is that it opens in the same window... so it might not be necessary to do that
