In the body we can then write something along the line: "In this highly competitive business world communication plays a crucial role in the success of any Enterprise. The Easy and effective Gikko platform is designed to elevate your customer engagement/experience by reaching your valued customers at every touch point on their most preferred channel. Additionally this allows the growth of the organisation by attracting new customers, improving customer loyalty through personalized messaging, a simple follow up or even a thank-you SMS .....etc
Then probably we can also Optimize Marketing Strategies, talking about tracking important metrics to fine tune marketing for better results, through segmentations etc.
The rest of the stuff on page 2 of the FSI brochure is very much relevant/cuts across all industries so we can look to replicate that. Especially on the Gikko Solutions, we can leave the SMS, WhatsApp and Email as is.
My only addition @Rodney would be to talk to the point of “how much do you value your customer” and “can you afford to lose your customer due to poor communication”.
