Key Changes:
1. New layout to blog feed with a more prominent featured post.

Hey Robyn, Project Manager at Matogen Digital Robyn ,

This one is more or less correct time wise. A lot of this is styling but the load more isn't built in like the pagination is and will require some research. This took me a while on MSI and hopefully I can use something similar here. I might want to ask for 2hour more for some fat so possibly 12 and then hopefully I can do it under that time.

The best - thanks David Mundell, Developer at Matogen Digital David I had a look and this month we have logged about 50 hours for GEMS which is the estimate I gave them for our dev and maintenance - YAAAAS - on point me thinks :)
