GEMS Platform flow
I've set up a simple set of automations for GEMS Platform, as follows:
  • When the user submits the initial form, they get a customised thank you email, depending on whether they chose Yes or No for their UMN affiliation.
  • Kevin will also receive an email notification alerting him to the incoming request.
  • Internal users' emails contain a link to the second form. When they submit that form, they receive another thank you email, and an email is fired off to chan0576@umn.edu and piotr063@umn.edu.
  • External users need a prompt from Kevin to complete their second form. When they submit that form, they receive another thank you email, and an email is fired off to chan0576@umn.edu and piotr063@umn.edu.  CHANGE TO BRIAN CARLTON WITH KEVIN CC'D
