I decided to remove the link anyway since the footer already has the wrong tags in them. Unfortunately I made the change on DEV first and it made DEV the same as Live.

Stage has the correct classes on the "divs" so we can use that once they have fixed the issues on their side: https://gems.stg.umn.edu/
