Dear RobynThe Contracts Team shall be preparing the contract between SouthSouthNorth and Matogen and as part of that process, SSN is obliged to compile a due diligence profile on your organisation.Please use this secure link to complete the SSN organisational due diligence questionnaire and to upload the required supporting documents. The link is secure and the personal information and documents will not be shared with any third party other than for necessary purpose, for example, our bank and, if necessary, the South African Reserve Bank, for purposes of payment to you. Please ensure that the following documents are uploaded through the link –
- Proof of bank account details (recent bank statement OR letter from your bank confirming bank details)
- Banking Form (please fill in the form attached to this email and upload it with your DD submission)
- Proof of physical address (e.g. recent utility bill)
- Registration Document from CIPRO or similar registering authority
- Confirmation of authorised signatory for the contract (simple Resolution OR letter by the directors)
- VAT Registration certificate
