Thanks so much for the update. Although the delay is unfortunate, it does give us plenty of time now to complete the contracting process. 

I'll give some thought to whether we need to make any changes to our proposed budget. On most projects, we start our development once we have all the content for the project. This project is unique, though, in that most of the development work has already been completed. It might be helpful to spend some time together to understand what the final content may look like. Armed with that information we should be able to complete most of our work before you hand over the final content.
