I've gone ahead and highlighted the more important items on the list we received from our staff members. I've put my comments/thoughts in parentheses after many of the highlighted items, and perhaps some of them will take little to no time to resolve. Document here:

+ layouts to customize content/template pages a bit more
+ tutorials landing page with pages for each tutorial underneath it
+ software calendars
+  update helpdesk tickets email subject lines
+ update software list layout
+ PI Dashboard/linking (once we know that will be in place/ready to use)

Once you've had a chance to review, let us know if there are any questions, and feel free to add time to the previous estimate if there are items on this list that might significantly impact the timeline. Jim can chime in on what he anticipates the end date being, given the PI portal won't be coming for awhile.

I also have not finalised the events / news page as you have that split in two tasks which I am not sure about - is that going to get the change in or is it old stuff that needs to be updated because the latest request is to have one page (it might be the way I am reading it so please check)
