I have made some updates to the calendars. The page reload loop has stopped. It is still not working 100% like my local environment but is in a much better state. 

I have created a task for this one - I am exhausted, I have emailed the client with where we are at. Services page is a primary convo for next week - I am not nearly done with sprint planning yet but will get myself organised this weekend / early on Tuesday - 

another news link lurking - I dont know where else this may be but will need to do a full run through next week once the calendars are up

Dave and I spoke - the calendars have gone wonky as you know - I am also not sure that your changes fixed up the home page excerpts / if that was supposed to be fixed - never the less Dave added some content so it looks right but we need to check this next week - I have also picked up a gap, running through the site to be sure and found this whole section that we have not done yet :( It was not briefed in basecamp, I picked up on it early January but it fell off again. I think it was a cache issue. Every time I saved it would break. Eventually the whole site broke on local. I used "ddev drush cr" and I haven't had an issue since. I also reinstalled my module and now its working properly on local and DEV.

This module contains a script to migrate paragraph content from intro_and_image fields to introduction_paragraph fields.

I ran into another issue and it seems related to a module called MSI paragraph migration. This is the file that gave me the issue earlier.  And again now when I tried to save: The website encountered an unexpected error. Try again later.
Drupal\Core\Extension\Exception\UnknownExtensionException: The module msi_paragraph_migration does not exist.

Update on MSI Calendar. I see after yesterdays update it has removed my data from the module. I am also not seeing the module in the navigation. I got it working on local. I needed to reinstall it. I took the time to remove the weight section since I added the drag and drop functionality. After DEV has taken its time to deploy I will reinstall the plugin and populate the calendars. Then try the embedded code with the forms. I have added all the forms to my Matogen calendar in order to create the combined forms.

When adding the new articles it would break the page every time

I found a bug.  When there is no content in "intro and image" inside the linked articles then the page is temporally unavailable. once I added random content that fixed the issue

 I am out of my depth to make a good suggestion here 

The purpose of these fields is to structure a whole bunch of links on a page. We use some content types to structure other pages, and they are not used on their own, e.g. Experts. Others are unlikely to be needed, e.g. User bulletins.

you are right, I am not clear on how it all comes together  I was shown how to load content and the rest has happened adhoc through conversation .  Why don't we make all of the content types available or are they not all suitable for this?

I think you're misunderstanding how this works. The field that Sarah is trying to use allows her to select existing posts. The way it is set up now, only some of the different content types are available. Any posts that use a different content type won't be available for her to select. 

We should decide which additional content types we should make available in those fields.

I cannot see what the original intent was for this - its not clear on the old prototype so I am not sure, I think we should activate Basic content -  looking at the links she wants to add, I think a basic content structure would serve the purpose. Once done I can ask her to check that she has what she needs  Please let me know what you think and if we need more than basic ?

 and saw the software pages blocked by robots.txt. We did that when we had a spike in traffic last year, and it turned out it was AI bots crawling the site. I'll remove the block; I don't think it's needed anymore. 

And no, they should be indexed

I am working through the quote trying to match the tasks and timing accurately - I am seeing the original request for the tag pills is this " Create category page layouts and add links from tag-pill categories to view all posts in that categoryClickable tag pills for news/events.  I found the issue that was breaking webforms on MSI. I've now enabled all of the email handlers again; would you send through a couple of tests, please? Note - not all of them have an email going to the submitter - for now it's just important that all of the forms submit successfully. 

They all work, feedback form and all the helpdesk forms, don't recall any other forms so we just need to update the get in touch in the footer which is going to dev :)

Much of the functionality on the website is to provide access to stakeholders and facilitate usage of MSI’s services. These currently exist as modules added to the site. As part of a Phase 2 project, we intend to develop standalone web apps for these functions, including: the Principal Investigator dashboard, creation of research groups, and temporary class accounts. We will need to decide how to manage these components once the new website is live, and while Phase 2 is in development.

The project scope below may not be a complete picture, as the site is quite big. We would like to do an in-depth audit of all of the site content and functionality, and we will work with the MSI team to prioritise these for the new site.

Any individual redirect that matches one of the wildcard patterns will not work. They won't break the site anymore, but they will go to the wildcard redirect and show a 404 page

 on the spreadsheet there are one-to-one redirects - most of them. Then there are wildcard redirects - all the ones that end with *. 

Only the wildcard redirects will work with a variety of URLs with the same patterns. The one-to-one redirects are the ones that Laura are adding. If they are checked in her column, they should work, but they will only apply to that single redirect. They are similar but not related to the wildcard ones. \

 for events, the redirect is from /event/event-name to /news-and-events/events/event-name. To test, you need to remove the 's' in 'events'

The internet sees www.sitename/ and sitename/ as two different sites, unless you specify that they are the same site. On our dev environments, we haven't specified this, so anything with www. will break

Then Jim said move it and now we have this request so I am not sure if its the same button but seems like it might be

hopefully Jim and Sarah wrap up feedback this week. Our second MSI contract comes to an end Mid April 🚨 1 month to go with a few public hols in the mix so want to make sure we get this wrapped up now.
