Note that we never included content loading on the quote & the changes that came about naturally in conversation and also via email - we'll need to track our time very carefully as there's a couple of out of scope tasks that I am swapping for low priority tasks - this phase is messy because of the huge delay and also, I think Ian and I missed that the recommendations document is what they were signing off on vs the quote we shared which has some but not all details. It is messy so I am trying to split times to match what we have on tasks but we are going to have to keep things tight. I have unfortunately already asked for the content as I didn't think to check and didn't remember all the details so we'l need to see where we land with this project from a budget perspective - things like scrolling issue has fallen off but the issue we saw on the home page with the excerpts chopping off that was given to Dave is also technically out of scope. 

We're on 46% of budget so please take note - we cannot spend many hours stuck on things so when you are stuck, please speak up so we can manage whats left of the budget very carefully 

I also think that we should consider asking these guys about maintenance again Ian  there's another Drupal update happening soon (we have no view on this other than the alerts on email ) so we spend time on it but its actually not included in our current scope of work - maybe we can chat to them about how this fits in as we are spending time and budget on these things ? Next meeting maybe?

On tutorials – perhaps we could load one example for them to use as a basis and they upload all the other tutorials? But a good thing for them to get started on gathering all the content in one place..?

Good idea Laura  - we can load one or two to make sure its working as expected and then handover to them to take forward as part of their testing / money saving efforts  - 😅
