FORM 2: this form would an option under our helpdesk list of forms, alongside the "Non-Faculty PI Form". This form would be one of the two forms that we direct ineligible people to when we need additional information in order to establish their group. My thought is to keep this separate from the New Group form to prevent confusion in filling out that form.
