Forms
- Forms for specific services may require sub-service options/complimentary services.
- IIB must confirm the form flows and provide details for each required form.
- But will have the basics, like name, surname and a comment box to allow submitters to provide more context.
Homepage
- IIB would like to have a slider in the hero banner.
- IIB must provide the content for each slider.
Site colours
- Not blue
- Provide 3 options for IIB to choose their favourite.
- Patricia likes soft sunset colours
Project page
- Reference for typical content on IIB projects: https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/767325
- Provide spaces for:
- Project details/objectives, budget, timeline, slide decks, project updates, results, tags/taxonomies (fields of science, keywords, etc), calls for proposals, grant ID, project status, participants, partners, collaborators, coordinators, programme/s, downloadable, and more as needed.
- We will need to revise the proposed layout to include more definition for the project templates
Additional sections discussed
- Publications/Dissemination ~ Research and/or findings under each project, but not limited to IIB projects, could include links to external projects, papers, research, etc.
- Webinars, conferences and workshops ~ these are not yet set up but would need a space.
- Awards may be better labelled as Fellowships and Grants, TBC by IIB.
- A new menu item called: Activities, which is a dropdown that contains: News, Events, Publications, and possible Awards/Fellowships and Grants.
