I have been thinking about blog ideas ( I know we spoke about adding comparison tools to the site) but what can we write up that is not going to take up too much time to figure out and get sign off on (which the website addition will) If we want to do a blog comparison, that's cool but we could also consider something AI and Customer Experience related - Rodney is going to a customer experience event in November so it would be nice to talk about Gikko's view on this - we had a similar idea earlier in the year so this idea needs to be a bit different to that obviously and support the conversation - the one from earlier this year https://www.gikko.net/blog/enhancing-customer-relationships-with-the-power-of-ai

Gikko's view on customer experience in the digital age (or something like that - opinion piece on the way tech is moving and how it supports and enables African communities - see this article for some inspo https://telecoms.adaptit.tech/blog/ais-trends-in-sub-saharan-africa-2024/

Thanks Robyn, Project Manager at Matogen Digital Robyn !

I was thinking that the blog posts should be about these comparisons, instead of creating a comparison tool. Here's an example of what I have in mind: https://blog.hubspot.com/sales/crm-examples

I think your other options are also strong; happy to go with your and Laura Hurley, Designer, UX and Engagement Specialist at Matogen Digital Laura 's recommendation.

In that example, it's not about saying we're the best and putting other options down but rather showing what each tool is capable of/what you can do and how much it costs. So more about fit..
  • I think its cool, but also think the example has a list of 12, which is a decent amount. If we do something similar how many tools will we compare? If it were 3 it might seems a bit flat, I donno... is it a lot to research?
  • Re pricing, could we do ranges for Gikko depending on business size, they hold that card close...
lots of questions 🫣

hey Laura Hurley, Designer, UX and Engagement Specialist at Matogen Digital Laura have a look at the screenshot at the bottom of this pitch 💡 New idea for website - Tools comparison  - Gikko Mobile I did a search on what compares with infobip so I thnk its cool if its not a huge list but we do need to figure this one out

Thanks Ian Parsons, Head Chef at Matogen Digital Ian  for your input too, I was thinking of a page on the site vs a blog so thank you for clarifying
