Hi Ian, Winston is keen on learning from analytics and deciding what works on the website and what not - he'd like to introduce these conversations into standups so we can see what efforts are working - I have suggested once a month vs every time we meet - the analytics and need for reviewing this information is rearing its head all over so I think we need to strongly consider how we go about this going forward, Clients want to make information decisions so how can we use the data to support ongoing work

Thanks Robyn, Project Manager at Matogen Digital Robyn - Winston does have access to the account.

When I had a look now, I saw that there's no activity on the site since we switched over to the new site. Somewhere we lost our analytics tag :/ I'll make a task for myself to resolve this quickly.

Ian Parsons, Head Chef at Matogen Digital Ian Thanks so much. I dont think he remembers his login so we can reshare it with him when you have added the tag back in

I assume this is something that can happen so will add it to our post go live checklist

Do we need to resubmit any site map details to google? Is this possibly needed with the likes of Arua and all our other sites recently done?
Ian Parsons, Head Chef at Matogen Digital
Robyn, Project Manager at Matogen Digital Robyn great, yes let's add it to go live checklist.

Winston's access is on his Google account - winston@gikko.net, and he can log in at analytics.google.com.

We won't need to resubmit the site map, but it's not a bad idea to check.
Robyn, Project Manager at Matogen Digital lekker, thanks!
