I have been with Gikko for almost a year.
The things that make me happy are doing tasks that have meaning, regular acts of kindness, a good laugh over drinks, and of course sports, in particular football
Our customers know me because I get things done.
I’m obsessed with being a great communicator because I love understanding and connecting with an audience, new people and creating better relationships. Most importantly I learn & absorb a lot by simply being a great communicator, which includes being an active listener.

I have been with Gikko for a year and a half and my foray into mobile communications has been a great eye-opener. AI- generated Chatbots, RCS and of course, the time-honoured SMS, among several others.
What makes me happy is to see our customers experience life-enriching and business enhancing moments through Gikko’s advanced yet simple communication services.Our customers know me as the go-to-guy who is always ready to serve and attend to their requests and enquiries. My journey with Gikko began in 2014, and as I celebrated a decade with the company this past January, I can confidently assert that it has been an exhilarating experience. My professional trajectory at Gikko began as a diligent Bookkeeper, followed by a stimulating tenure in Customer Support & Business Development. I now hold the pivotal role of the designated number cruncher! 
I find immense joy in delivering exceptional service to our esteemed customers and am deeply committed to going above and beyond to assist them in achieving their communication objectives with their own customers, after all their success is ours too!
Because of my unwavering reliability and steadfast dependability, I have built enduring relationships with our clients. They recognize me as a consistent and trustworthy member of the Gikko team who is always ready to serve them.
Gikko is a key player in the communications business, this has helped me to recognise the importance of communication as part of the overall success strategy of any organisation, I am ardently dedicated to continually sharpening my communication skills, recognizing that conveying a clear vision is paramount to achieving outstanding results.

I founded Gikko in 2010 and I’ve been building the business ever since. 
Delivering great products and service that result in satisfied customers delivers the most important thing for me; good relationships with people. In my spare time I love the great outdoors and enjoy pushing my physical and mental boundaries through participating in cycling races. No pain, no gain.  
If I’ve done a half decent job of building Gikko over the years, I’m hopefully known by now as someone who can help deliver great communication strategies, products and services for their business.
Being a great communicator is central to any good relationship. If comms break down, so do relationships. Always share the news, be it good or bad. This is how trust is built and how relationships endure.
