why are we adding the signup form to Infobip? It might be better if James continues to manage the list of active customers; some of these signups might not become active, or there may be people who misunderstand what the form is about.

I think we can discuss it with them but sign ups go into Infobip manually at the moment - we told him we'd look at automating it but its possible that we have people confused if we drive sign ups in future.
I am happy to speak to the team in our next chat and see what makes sense for them. Also, now that we have a newsletter, that list is separate from needing to communicate with people who have signed up and now have an issue so perhaps we can consider a step later in the process where people get added or we should consider adding consent to the current form as that's the piece that's missing for me

. For me there are two steps:
Automate the signup process
Add a new customer to the mailing list
I assumed you were talking about step #2, and I don't think we should do that until we have figured out how to do step #1. For that, we need James's support to see how we can automatically create accounts on the Gikko portal. That's not something we can do.
