Laura  how are we currently handling newsletter subs?

There is no newsletter sign up at the moment Ian  so this is something new 

Alrighty thanks Robyn . I'm not sure what we have available on Infobip to make this connection, but should be doable on HubSpot.

We'll have to copy newsletter subs manually to the Gikko portal until this is done, and I'm worried I won't be able to start this week.

Robyn Ian   - Yes. The subscription is new to the site. Currently, Gikko team members are manually adding contacts from the roller decks.. (which isn't good practice, seeing as they are not opting in, popi etc.) but happy to help handle manual uploads until the automated import is figured out. I can add my email to the recipients of subs

Xoliswa I am not sure where to find these credentials Ian  please let me know if I should give Xoliswa access to Hubspot (not sure if there's a cost) or if there's a specific place I can find these credentials

I have created the form for newsletter as a Gravity form, added it in the Popup template and connected it to Hubspot. Styling updated to ensure same look as previous form.

Hubspot submissions display all the form fields successfully.
