  • Company registration number
  • National ID
  • Service required (with following options)
    • SMS
    • WhatsApp for Business
    • Email
    • USSD
  • Do you want to integrate with our platform via API?
    • Yes

    • I'm not sure and would like advice
  • Sender name / ID

Hey Robyn, Project Manager at Matogen Digital Robyn , I think we may check what options are expected on Hubspot side? Maybe the form and hubspot are not aligned? 

The form has Yes/No/I'm not sure and would like advice. Please let me know what Hubspot reflects as expected value?

The great news is I think I found the problem in Hubspot - seems like Rodney left out one of the options so I found where that happens (praise be haha) and will submit another test x hopefully we can move on x
