Ian Parsons, Head Chef at Matogen Digital Ian  Winston is definitely joining us in Cape Town on the 25th -we're ear marking the morning because Lau has the wedding in the afternoon - I also forgot Martin has the Rare plant fair that weekend so he is likely going to be setting up in the afternoon so the morning is best for us - we said we'd chat to you and get back to Winston with a plan - his Mukuru jol is at 6pm but he knows we (Lau and I ) can only do morning
