📈 GEMS Agenda 7 August 2024

  • Show the first design from Lau -  due to be used on the 12th but showing tomorrow so we can get feedback in if needed
  • Clarify what it is needed to roll-out GEMS API
  •  Share some of the audit findings if you think that makes sense- there's quite a bit of feedback for us to take on   and let them know we are working in all the fixes into our queue (ideally this should be quick but some of it may not be so quick to fix)
  • (Lara landing page and content recommendations still need to come )
  • When is the next Blog coming

The priority list from our last convo and follow up email that everyone is happy with:

We have also kicked off your SEO audit so we should be in a position to deliver those insights by the next meeting too.

The order of priority for us as agreed in our last chat:

1. Learning updates, flyers, digital boards, etc due 12 and 26 August

2. Kick-off the SEO audit to inform website gaps, enhancements and opportunities.

3. Create a plan for website edits and additions based on the audit, this may include the thinking and plan for Knowledge base

4. Create a content plan to support the SEO audit findings

5. Build out the DataStudio report to show all website insights.

6. Figure out next steps for CRM; Execute plan for the transition from Fresh early November.

We are actively working on the API edits; our plan is to wrap up and test the changes to hand this over to you this week.

I believe that is it - if there's anything we have missed off the list, please let me know.
