๐Ÿ“ˆ GEMS agenda 15 May 2024

  • Video - yay and happy with final edit
  • We are light on blog content - would be nice to share this video when you are ready - maybe month end?
  • Next video thinking, which one is next - the same T's and C's apply - keep the brief tight and information streamlined for the best outcome - if we involve Laurie, perhaps we need to be involved with the brief?
Planning docs we have access to:

Phase 1:  https://docs.google.com/document/d/1VO30AUd1puWmVFwxXFISBkqtQe7Rn0W04KjTH8eKq8w/edit

Brainstorm:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CB7DinQOBheS_eFJH6zE6j3Qr7Ahl2wcktihBwh7Ubo/edit

  • Next contract - we have time to get this sorted - start thinking about the next wave of work
  • Blog ideas / thoughts - anything we can do to support this ?
  • MSI will create a partners page at which point we'll bring back GEMS platform information (this is sitting with Sarah)

Anything else?

Video:
  • Kevin and Phil are already onto the next brief and have a good idea on the quantity of content required based off the first video
  • Video 3 (Kumbaya video) will be focusing on some of the FAARM efforts and how that links to DSI, plus centred around the Uni. Think Pixels in the landscape = pixels in a brain scan
  • There will possible be a 2nd FAARM video, that will be even more focused on their efforts. Spoke about a campaign CFANS did call beyond the obvious, to do with Data Science
  • Ian Parsons, Head Chef at Matogen Digital Ian will do a write up on the video for the next blog post
Other things:
  • Kris has questions regarding the CRM and will need to start the CRM contracting process in Fall, to go with FreshSales or FreshDesk (I think were the two mentioned)
  • Contract โ€“ Rather overestimate the budget, have an optimistic budget and if we don't get to everything we can extend the deadline
  • YouTube Branding โ€“ done!

Robyn, Project Manager at Matogen Digital `thanks Lau!

Just a note here: we're currently using FreshSales and FreshDesk - Kris will look into the possibility of using SalesForce instead. And if they go with SalesForce, we'll need to have another solution for the Sensing knowledge base.
Robyn, Project Manager at Matogen Digital Thanks Ian

We never made any progress on the knowledge base so not sure where they landed with all of that - Fresh is being under-utilised but salesforce is not easy to use (not for me at least)  so will be interesting to see how it comes together
