Thanks for confirming! We are reviewing the details on our side and will have an update for you by the end of the week (hopefully tomorrow)
As you know we have been working on maintenance updates using the current contract to do that. We have another maintenance request due to start now for all sites, testing in line with the university and roll-out of changes next week. I am working through the details to see how much work we think it is
We have also been notified about a big upgrade in March moving all peeps onto Drupal 11. We are reviewing this to see how much work this is going to be as well
As it stands we have used about 260 hours out of a contract of 472 hours - so about 212 hours left at the time of review.
We are actively busy with dev and have estimated about 50 hours for the current improvements excluding upcoming maintenance.
New total 162 hours as of 4 February.
We are going to work out how much we think the Feb update & March upgrade is going to require.
I am highlighting this so you are aware of the spend to date and note that we may not be able to continue doing maintenance under the current contract/ we'll need a new contract sooner than originally thought. As soon as I know what we are dealing with for the update and upgrade, I can let you know. The intention was to include the rest of the prototype updates etc in this contract as well so that's most likely not going to be the case with the regular updates and maintenance coming our way.
