On the banner, the page title is quite difficult to read.

In the design, I've included a gradient overlay to allow the text to stand out on the background, as we did on this page for example https://dsi.dev.umn.edu/how-become-member
Let me know if that is something easily done with dev, or if you need me to supply the banner image with the gradient applied as a single asset. (It is not necessary for the text to wrap, but it needs to be legible)
I have added a low gradient opacity layout for improved text visibility.
Deployed the updated styling and will mark the task as doen when cache has cleared after deploy.
