  - i will add testing MSI events to my list and once we have that in place, we can migrate it over to DSI - I have told them about adding content to the event in the meantime

For DSI the Client will need to put the times in the content as we removed the times from the multi day events

Oh we should avoid them if we can. they do not scale correctly. what might look great on a laptop will look terrible on mobile or a larger screen size

For larger screens to be included they could use 2500 pixels X 760 pixels. Anything with those dimensions we will get a well sized image that will scaled. I would not suggest anything bigger then that because we will start having mobile issues and images will take too long to load

 quick question here - Leah was asking about the correct size to use for the DSI carousel - if you go onto their site you will see they are not following best practise - can you confirm the size for me and then also I imagine that the approach they are taking is an issue from an accessibility point of view - I am not seeing this being flagged but not sure if I am looking at it in the right way - please let me know your opinion here and if the sizes I have given here are correct - they are from GEMINI Thank you.

Okay great news. Yes we should reference theses specific issues in case it is unique and our solutions are not one size fit all. Happy this one works correctly. I was also heavily cached in the beginning

, I logged in now and it is still saying: Your account is paused because it has reached it's page view limit of 2000 views per month, for the period ending February 20th 2025.

Once an account has gone over the page view limited, the account will be paused and new posts will no longer appear on the feed. The feed will continue to display as normal - new post just wont appear in the feed.

 I am actively testing and see that the webinar bug is back on staging - the item is tagged as webinar but pulling through Data voyages everywhere - what do you suggest? I know you said you fixed it without code on production before (if I have that right) so how should we deal with this ?

Update event category template to include:
- the ability to add subcategories with the same template
- expanded ability to provide overview information about event series
- adjusted navigation options to allow for subcategories

 I am going to reach out to Hayley about the DSI groups, its all working beautifully but i noticed some of the settings were not in place so you could not assign work etc - I am going to let her know about that and all my tests. I am also following up about the Salesforce and webinar additions but realise that we said we'd give her a cost (done) and you were going to speak to dev and come up with a plan for the webinars so she can approve that alongside the cost - please can you share thoughts around how the webinars can work so I can include that in my follow up?

I tried sending through the email letting them know that I do not have access to view the Leads for example which is where I want to check the details coming through from DSI form. here is the updated Prototype
  • You'll see I've kept the two options for the Partner pages (AI for Ed and CLA, slides 13-16) for Hayley to choose. Those have the added directory button going to a filtered view with a new "Organizer" dropdown in the filter.
  • Slides 14, 16 and 28 show the separation of the upcoming and past events with section titles and subtle colour variations.
  • Slide 27, the Events landing page has been cleaned up (removed the dupe calendar at the bottom) and have included a dropdown on "organizer" so you can see the full list of organizers to filter.

I know you have a lot going on so don't worry about today but I think I am going to need your support on the DSI testing - the upgrade, that I shared with you yesterday requires level 4 testing - if you read that it feels like we need to have a developer check stuff properly - I am running through the site to see if I can spot anything visual and will follow the steps where its recommended that we load new goodies & make sure emails are firing off - have a look at this document - level 4 is what we should be doing https://it.umn.edu/services-technologies/resources/testing-rubric-drupal-updates
