  1. The event tiles need to be split up into upcoming and past events
  2. Upcoming and past events have different colour tiles
  3. Add date, time and location to the event tiles
  4. Make sure this is applied to all event categories

Test Notes:
- Navigate to event category pages e.g Webinars, Data Voyages
- Validate Events are separated to Upcoming and Past events
- Validate upcoming and past events have different colour tiles and event info 
- Validate  updates are applied to all event categories
