David I've set up the integration between the DSI webform and the data extension. I changed some of the field names on the data extension to match with the keys on the form. You might need to adjust your journeys with this in mind

Hi  Robyn , We just have to wait 5min then it will be ready to test. The auto response should be ready already. 

David  How long is it supposed to take for the first email to arrive - I submitted my first test a minute or two ago and nothing has come through yet 

Please let me know if there's any timing restrictions / anything I need to be aware of testing - I will expect instant gratification without this 

Robyn  just chipping in here - the automation runs every hour, but not necessarily on the hour. You should receive an email within 60 minutes of submitting the form.

Sorry more questions - so the form is the trigger - are we using the google doc to manage the process as DSI or where is that happening now? Please clarify

Hey Ian , I noticed we are not adding School or Department on the form. is there a reason for this?

David - ah - this form was built about 3 months ago, I think – at that stage we didn't know what all the fields would be. Completely forgot that the form fields changed. 

Would you be able to update them? If so, just be sure to update the field names in Salesforce to match the field key on the webform.
