not sure about this form either David  - is it done? I am not spotting it so not sure if I am going nuts or if its not done 

I've created the form, https://dsi.dev.umn.edu/form/join-our-mailing-list but If I'm not wrong we need a pop-up in the footer for this? Maybe a stand-alone page if a pop-up isn't going to work Ian David  what makes sense?

Thanks Laura - I think it makes sense to replace subscribe in the footer with this new form and the generic contact which is on the outreach page, that currently comes up for subscribe now remains in outreach,  does that make sense?

I am not sure if we have consided the salesforce part here Ian the current contact goes to salesforce right?

Robyn  yes, the signup should go to salesforce. I'll just need to adjust the event handler for this form.

If its a seperate page - where does it link from ?

We have a subscribe button in the footer that currently goes to the contact page. We could use that, and then add another button (somewhere?) for Contact.
