I am seeing the same as you on dev and it would be great to get it looking like yours does on local, it seems weird having first and last names with different field lengths, right? But looking at your screenshots I see the first one (local) is for "Become an Institutional Partner" and not for external Partner... Is that correct, David Mundell, Developer at Matogen Digital David  ?
